"Time for a change..."

About Me:

Just a 33-year-old trying to get to a healthy weight while also toning muscle as well. I have tried the myfitnesspal app on my iPhone before and I guess got discouraged once I would go over calories, leading me to avoid logging, and subsequently gaining the weight I've lost back. ARGGGHHH time to get serious about changing my lifestyle ???????? Somehow...I don't know how...but something just clicked one day. And I became serious about focusing on me and my health. Becoming a better me, or as I like to say the "100% me". Because when you're not feeling your best, people only get a percentage of you and not all of you. And I, for one, would like to put my best foot forward. Why I want to get in shape:

Build confidence and feel as if I would be an inspiration for my future children. And I want to strut my stuff to "She's a bad mama jama" or "Brick House" ????????

  • Instagram and YouTube photos/videos for healthy motivation
  • A goal bikini in my dresser (never wore one before ???? )
  • Getting my belly ring back LOL ...and some ABS!!!! ????
  • Feeling like I'm 100% me 100% of the time
