  • Ugh, I just got this 'talk' this weekend. I have similar stats but I'm not to my goal weight. I am 5'2.5. I started at 183 on Jan 2nd. I am currently 140. I def still have fluff, specially in my middle(3 kids, naturally apple shaped and I lose last in my stomach). My ultimate goal is 120. I was that weight in my wedding…
  • You look amazing! Well done! Mom of three(7,5,2) and currently on my own journey. It was really hard taking time for myself at first but it has helped in all aspects of my life. Physically and mentally. I am so much happier/healthier/energetic/capable of doing so much more with my kids since before I started. Keep up the…
  • I take pics on the 2nd of every month. I have no picture for Jan 2nd at 183 lbs. I am 5'3. My current weight is 140 lbs. another week and I will be taking another picture. I
  • To make it to the 130s (I'm so close, 2 lbs) and then my next mini goal is 120s. Then 125 which is my first main goal when I started this. After that maybe 120 and to really start toning up. Maybe be able to do a pull up one day? Loving all the people that were saying wanting to loose the same weight as what their children…

Actually I really suggest measuring most things and having a food scale. It was really easy for me to over do it on stuff like meat, cheese(higher calories per ounce). I still eat all sorts…
  • Thank you everyone! These are all great suggestions, much appreciated. Losing what weight I have lost hasn't felt nearly as 'impossible' as it felt it was going to be before I started. The best is how great I feel physically AND ESPECIALLY mentally. I have so much energy anymore, which is back to my old old self.
  • Forgot to say height and goal. 5'3 and I want to get down to 120-125 lbs.
