I'm back. Whatever I had got worse and I have been out of commission. I'm still not 100% but I was able to do Fire 55. You all are killing it and are definitely motivation to get back on track!

I had to take a few days off. I caught a little bug that made me want to cough up a lung. But I got back at it and finished fire 45, core 20, and week 5! Boom! I'm on to week 6!

Hope everyone is well! Life has been busy and I got a little lazy. My youngest was sick last week as well. The weather has gotten back to more normal temps and we are getting some much needed rain. I finally finished week 4 and started week 5 today. I don't think I would have made it this far without this group.

Fire 55 ez this morning. I should be finishing week 4 tomorrow evening! The weather here has been in the 60-70 range. We are on a foggy day so I get to go into work late as well coachreyes.

Sorry my phone is stupid. I feel you on losing slowly. I'm down almost 2 pounds. I'm 159.6 as of today. But my clothes are looser and my tummy is getting flatter. I'm looking forward to do my measurements at the end of this week. I just keep telling my self that being healthy is not temporary. It's a lifestyle change.

Fire 45 ez and core 20 (sort of ) done. One more day and I am on to week 4! I am going to try and do another morning exercise tomorrow. I'm slightly jealous of hearing that some of you have snow. It was a high of 75 today where I live. Luckily we are getting some much needed rain this weekend. I can't wait!

Snowdancer don't let your principal get you down. Just imagine you are kicking and punching them when you are doing turbo. I am so thankful for supportive admin. at my school site.
