No point in bcaas if you’re getting adequate protein. Sodium is an essential electrolyte. I personally try and hit a sodium goal of 7-10 grams a day. And then there’s nothing “dirty or clean” about food. Macronutrient composition is what matters, not the source. In terms of body composition....how would the carbs, fats,…

Make time for exercise. If your job controls your schedule and you want to follow an exercise program/ routine, then it just comes to you making the time. Workouts don’t have to be long either for effectiveness

There’s a difference between fat BURN and fat LOSS....
-
What about essential fatty acids/ fats though for hormone production and vitamin absorption if you keep such a lean diet.....
-
Okay....?
-
No, just make up the caloric expenditure by eating more. Also there’s no such thing as “clean foods” unless it’s your absolute preference to not eat “sugary” foods.....your brown rice and veggies are metabolized in glucose in the body and gram for gram contain the same calories. Also you said lean meats...your diet seems…

Do you live down there!?! I’m in Hollywood

Lol at anyone who thinks IF does anything itself/ directly that is physiologically beneficial.... It’s a preference way of eating and thats it...
-
Let me look into my crystal ball quick and I’ll get back to you...
-
Yeah for now maybe lol! Not after they’re closing sale....
-
What’s wrong with butter, sugar, flour...?? I love those things and they’re perfectly fine in a diet

Cool

Uhhh wtf nonsense did I just read....

I run a pretty consistent 42 bpm resting heart rate. Nothing to worry about! You could always get an ecg/ ekg for the sake of just checking in on the ticker lol
-
Hmmm maybe try journaling instead?? Lol jokesss😜
-
I prefer the term “non food waster lol” but vacuum or garbage disposal works too lol
-
I never said I don’t like IF....how do you know I don’t skip breakfast...? YOU may move on if you’d like....I’ll comment as I wish being that it’s a forum open to opinion where you have no control over what I want to and what I don’t want to write on.....thanks for making that a question and not a statement😊👌🏻

The only thing that makes food healthy is it’s portion size..... Aside from of course getting optimal macros and micros.....food labeling is a myth and all preferential/ biased to the person
-
what you stated is psychology vs physiology though. it is just the calories for weight management. behavior is mental. IF could be worse for those trying to lose weight or could help adhere to a calorie deficit or whatever their goal is. its all preferential. that isn't from IF though, thats from the calorie deficit it…

NSAIDS are horrible for healing/ recovery from an injury. inflammation is the bodys natural response to injury. also, you increase your chances of furthering injury due to the fact youre masking the pain. its not going to "sort" out anything...its an anti inflammatory, not a treatment. also, sure you can take it for…

IF itself does not directly promote and body composition or physiological changes. its due to a caloric deficit where people see "results" from IF....not IF. you can gain or lose weight practicing it. its a preference / scheduled way of eating.

I’m a macro magician lol

Anything that doesn’t promote a specific diet.....or says “the best” lol I’d stick to ncbi or pubmed articles honestly. Nutrition now a days is like politics. Or listen to podcast by Eric helms, layne norton, Alan Aragon, Jeff nippard.....etc
-
Nope. There’s no such thing as a “lean bulk program” unless he includes your correct caloric intake for a lean surplus.... Why not stick to a reputable/ proven program that’s free...?
-
You enjoy the meal and experience. That’s what you do. I’m sure you’re not gonna be on your deathbed some day and think “darn I wish I never ate that meal with my parents” Enjoy life and those moments then get back on track to your goals.
-
Lol at “can reduce body fat” yeah when you eliminate a meal from your diet....you’re taking in overall less calories. The first paragraph or 2 of this study shows its lack of credibility and anyone who can read a study will attest to that. They also don’t control calories or monitor activity in the study. It has nothing to…

And hate to break it to you....you’re not going to find a true zero calorie snack.....if you do...it’s called ice cubes lol. Even these products have calories. Even artificial sweeteners have calories in the little packs. Why not just fit in what you enjoy in moderate amounts? I mean I guess you could eat some…
