I'm sorry for my lack of presence and effort this week. I had lots of family in town for a "Celebration of life" for my aunt who passed. There was more food than anything...so that is my excuse ;) I'm back to being good from here on out. Thanks and Happy Week!

I've been there before. It's a tough cycle to break. Maybe try hanging a motivational sign on your fridge and pantry that reminds you of your goal. Good luck and God bless!

My logic (which is off sometimes ;P) tells me that smaller steps for the same distance means harder work to get there, so it should allow more calories? I used to also use lots of cream and sugar in my coffee. I started using a tablespoon of whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. It's about 60 calories per serving. This was a really good way for me to stop using lots of cream and sugar. Now, when I try it with cream and sugar it's way too sweet. Hope this helps
