It may not be for you - but when faced with a similar challenge, I opted to blend 3-4 ounces of tofu into 4-6 ounces of non-fat yogurt for breakfast. I have this every day.

This year I turned a new leaf and committed to making healthy choices - I needed to lose over 120ish pounds. So far this year I've lost 40 pounds. Logging food and exercise every single day. Great community here to help with accountability and support! Happy to connect! Teresa Marie

Easily fitting into the seats on airplane - AND being able to move around and sleep on the airplane relatively comfortably :)

I'm paranoid about saggy neck etc. - some beauty companies and supplement folks can make money off my purchases of biotin other creams. That said, a little sag is better than multiple chins.

Cherie - I'm with you there. I love to garden, look for exotic recipes, cook and entertain. Much to the detriment of my weight. I'm on a streak of 13 days logging here. Just spent my first day at a gym. Need to knock off 100# OMG - it all starts with acknowledging and asking for help :)
