I like Oikos nonfat vanilla, and usually put fresh raspberries in (or a tbsp of mini chocolate chips to kill a sweet tooth). I stay away from the ones with fake sweeteners like the "light and fit"

Just about 2 weeks later and I'm down 9.5 lbs!! 15.5 to go!!!!! Walking 2-4 miles per day, and eating good!

I liked doing the rice separate only for measuring purposes only. I ususally alter spices too, but its leaving them out. Not a fan of many (oregano, thyme etc).

I'm addicted to the Youthberry and Wild Orange blend, such a good flavor. Also the White Chocolate Peppermint tea. Great alternative for hot cocoa!

I sync, but I've only been using this for a few weeks. There is always a discrepancy of what fitBit tells me I have left and MFP. Usually 2-300 calories. I would log food in Fitbit but it is a pain in the butt compared to MFP, I look at the two numbers and usually just go with MFP allowance because its on the lower side.…

I'm 5'2" 99 kg (218.5 lbs) and I dont run. I started walking longer distances last week so it will be a bit before I'm up to jogging. However, as I'm busty, running for me is awkward no matter what. During the week, I do scrambled eggs. I whole jumbo egg, 1 jumbo egg white, splash of milk and cooked with pam butter spray. Boring but it holds me over and only 119 calories. I guess when it cooled, I could put it back in a measuring cup. Even if I only do it once it will let me know the % of how much is not consumed. (if 1/2 of what I use is left in the pan, then I'll calculate future recipes with 1/2 the oil) Thanks!
