Im a wheelchair user and have azul as a friend :) ive added you as my friend. Lost 3 stone so far this year and its hard going. I am a below knee amputee, also have chronic pain and osteoarthritus. I take lots of meds and life is generally pretty difficult, although Im beginning to feel a little better as I lose the weight.

While im here, once I can manage to hold it for a full 30 seconds, what would you recommend as the next step on from a plank-sideways on? Also are there any big no nos I should be avoiding? Dont want to hurt myself.

I feel more bulky and uncomfortable in the run up to A.F. Either that or your pregnant. Or you need re measuring and a new bra.

Im in the uk, we spend on average £320 p/month or $450 usd. Thats for a family of 2 adults and 1 starving 7 year old!
