Thank you all maybe it is hormonal my cycle is due to start end of this week. The scale hasn't changed at all so that's good. Will see how this week goes. Hopefully my muscles are loving these extra calories lately.

@xjessicaxrx those were diet and some light cardio, in the first pic I had already lost 30 lbs with diet only and the after was some running and yoga added in. I edited the post with my current pic which is now after lifting and trx. Without these pictures I would've given up because the scale wasn't moving so why bother.

Have you taken photos to compare? The scale only shows one measure of change but doesn't always reflect what your body is doing.

I so want to try this, the only location in my area that has it is 40 minutes from my house :( I've learned to love black coffee, usually get an iced Americano when I go to sbux but most often just make it at home. I used to always have it sweetened with cream but I don't like drinking calories anymore.

Oh bummer :( I know they sell them at vitamin world, if you have one there. They are a new product so may not be everywhere yet. The taste is much better than the other quest bars, texture is great too.

Good news, the bar didn't cause any gi distress like a lot of the artificial sweetener stuff does. I don't monitor my bg regularly but I might try one again and see how it affects it just out of curiosity.
