I don't follow paleo. eat fishes and poultry but no mammals' meat or sea food. I do eat prawns. Grilled chicken will be edible for whole week or I will have to put it in the freezer? Green beans,legumes and kale I will try. Can we make Greek yogurts at home?

C25K W5D3 Done! Feeling great as I ran straight 20 minutes non-stop.TBH I was apprehensive about the dreaded day but it was easier than my expectations. Started slow then increased the speed in last 6 minutes. Patting my own back!! ;)

This. Don't give up. I do not eat back my work out calories for adjusting any unseen error most of the time. Give some more time to your body as it is adjusting to the new routine.

W5D1 done. Ran on the harder surface i.e. Driveway of our apartment and speed was 12 min per mile. Slower but finished it without stopping. Satisfied.

W4D3 completed. Made the huge mistake of eating before the run due to this felt somewhat uncomfortable. Week 5 is beckoning now. I want to do this on our apartment driveway which has some good inclines. Let's hope I could do it there as so far I was running only on an even surface. :)
