Hi! I am Rajni from Bangalore, India. Running has been my long time dream. Now I have started c25k. Day two was today and I am already feeling excited for coming days! I did run on treadmills but road experience was different. Would be needing your tips and advise being a total novice on roads.

Having more fibers in your diet would make you feel full. I found that morning exercise and post work out consuming milk curbs my hunger. Having a glass of water before and after each meal also should be helpful. Good Luck!
