Low carb will help me cause I am PCOS I need to be on low carb to actually see weight loss. I am not logging in my good or measuring anything and yes I am eating lots of dairy but didn't know this would hinder weight loss

I do have a thyroid problem that had been under control since 1998. I am on medication for that. The calculator I used said BMR. What is TDEE?

I actually never looked into it before. I decided to do it today to see what I might be doing wrong. I am 34 year old female. I used an online calculator.

I do measure everything and log everything. I use a digital scale. I am 5'7, weigh 214, haven't lost weight for almost a year. Lost 85lbs when I first started, gained 14 lbs in January. I work out 5-6 days a week

I wish I can join the gym but with three little ones it's impossible! That's why I'm trying to find something useful I can do from home. I downloaded the app that has some free videos. I'll give it a shot tomorrow see how it goes. Thank you for the input and your time. Much appreciated

Does it have a lot or any jumping? Piyo dose have some workouts with full burpees. It's mainly a low impact high intensity mix of Pilates and yoga
