Well im still missing the boring blend English food lol. But yeah vegetables really are great and so filling. What you can do with veg rice meat or fish is out of this world loving it. But still love burgers and chips mmm fish and chips ect

Yeah i understand what you mean, this app has put me on 1810 after a workout food ect i still have about 600-800. Eating a pizza thats packed full of calories is so different than eating a cup of cherry tomatoes Thats 28 calories. But try and up your calories if your eating under a 1,000. 4 day logging in for me (im new) im truly finding this app a total eye opener finding how calorie dense some foods are, cooking oil 135 calories per tablespoon. Cup of lettuce 8 Calories. Been there said that dont know why im putting on weight lol
