I see alor saying start the full fat dairy rather than the low fat. It hurts my head all this trying to eat well lol. Been some good tips that I will try this week

I'm an electrician and start early so use to miss breakfast and not eat till dinner and end up at gregs or tescos and have prepacked sandwich, pasty and pop. All the wrong things at the wrong time. I was 18st 4lb 4 weeks ago now 17st 10lb so losing weight but the app says I need to eat more.
