  • I reached my goal and passed it. I'm now going to maintain, although I'm going away this weekend for my besties 30th so I have a feeling I may gain a little back by Monday! There's going to be lots of eating, lots of drinking and a lot less exercise haha. No harm in having a weekend off, I'll just make sure I'm back to it…
  • I forgot to check in yesterday so here I am. Nothing exciting to report though! No loss this week again but I'm nearly there so I'm still feeling positive. Height - 6ft SW 5th Jan - 187 Weekly weigh ins 1st April - 161 8th April - 160 15th April - 158 22nd April - 157 29th April - 155 6th May - 155 13th May - 154 20th May…
  • I'm going to be completely honest...At the moment I'm doing 30 day shred... and that's it  I am really not great with exercise, I get bored very quickly and I'm very quick to talk myself out of doing things. I was doing running for most of my weight loss but that fizzled out. And it wasn't going to give me my…
  • I started yesterday so I'm a couple of days behind you guys. I have been aching all day! Haha, just about to do my day 2, I wonder how much pain I'll be in tomorrow!
  • Thanks guys! Yes they are definitely the hardest! I have 1# to go and let's be honest it's not going to make a whole lot of difference, but a goal is a goal. I'm actually thinking of dropping it to 147, if only I could pick where the weight comes off from!! There's a little bit more I want off my stomach but I really don't…
  • Finally!! The pound came off today!! Boy did that little sucker make me work for it though hahaha. Height - 6ft SW 5th Jan - 187 Weekly weigh ins 1st April - 161 8th April - 160 15th April - 158 22nd April - 157 29th April - 155 6th May - 155 13th May - 154 20th May - 27th May - 3rd June - 10th June - GW: 153
  • Oh dear, no loss this week. I hate no loss weeks! But if I'm completely honest with myself I have been very slack this week. I think it's some kind of mental thing as I don't have much more to go. I slipped into my old ways a bit! So I've got to get my head back in gear. Definitely deijavous! I'm sure I've said this before…
  • I almost made it my first day of no crying, then I saw a man waiting to cross the road with a beautiful brindle greyhound (just like mine!) when I was driving home from work....and it set me off. :'-(
  • I know exactly what you're going through. I lost one of my beautiful dogs on Friday night and it has absolutely devastated me. Her name was Smiley, she was a greyhound and 9 and a half years old. We had to have her put to sleep which ripped my heart out. We don't even know what was wrong with her, she was fit as a fiddle…
  • I have tried it, when I was young and well, ... lazy. Everything the others have said is exactly true. I used it for ONE day! And was so horrified by the 'experience' where I had to literally hold a chair to my *kitten* and take myself fully clothed to the shower that I stopped using it immediately and didn't leave the…
  • I'm 6 ft and 155# , only 2# away from my goal of 153# but to be honest I think I will change my GW to 140-147 because I still have some fat in certain areas that I want rid of. Or maybe I'll do some body recomp too? (I think that's what it's called! I've got to do some reading haha God help me) I'm keeping my goals quiet…
  • Thanks Amanda, Aw Mei Mei is extremely cute! My girl was was a beautiful brindle greyhound called Smiley, and she was long and leggy like me hehee. I've been told many times that, what people say about dogs and owners looking alike is true lol. I also have a white boy greyhound called Pub Dog Harry (his racing name which…
  • Discovered I lost 2 lbs this week. But it has been a very stressful week. My beautiful, funny, scatterbrained dog sadly passed away on Friday night which has devastated me. I knew I would lose her one day but I really had know idea how much of a hole she would leave behind. It's been very very sad in my home the past 4/5…
  • Me checking in. This week didn't start off too great on 'the food front'. It was my sons birthday on Sunday so there was cake!, and I had a couple of cheat meals the days before that. But I pulled it together Monday and Tuesday and managed to lose a pound this week which I'm very pleased about. Only 4# to goal weight!…
  • Essex, in the UK
  • Weekly weigh ins 1st April - 161 8th April - 160 15th April - 158 22nd April - 29th April - 6th May - 13th May - 20th May - 27th May - 3rd June - 10th June - GW: 153
  • Hi, we have very close starting weights and goals. I started on jan 5th with a SW of 187, and a GW of 153 (so 34 lbs). I'm 14 weeks in and my current weight is 158... 29 lbs lost and only 5 to go. So your goal isn't impossible. Having said that I didn't give myself a deadline it's just kinda happened that way. I gave…
  • Im the same, I'm thinking of sticking a before photo right next to my mirror to remind myself
  • Haha this made me laugh. I'm a friendsaholic too and realised the other day my son is picking things up from it. In particular he told me "sex is a giant hug" which he got from this seen ...when when Monica says she'd rather give up sex than food and chandler turns round and says "it's like a giant hug" Lol
  • I am half an inch taller than you and can tell you that at 10 and a half stone you are not fat. If you feel you are, it could be down to bf% maybe? But all I know is that when I was 10 stone I was super skinny, there were ribs and bones everywhere, at 10 and a half I was skinny but I was happiest at 11 stone (which is my…
  • I also reached my 2 stone loss milestone today which feels amazing!
  • I'm good actually, I'm trying to get back the positivity! I actually looked at my weekly losses and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Although it felt like I hadn't lost anything because I weigh everyday, actually I did lose based on my weekly weigh ins.... Actual loss days 1st April -161 2nd April -160 12th April -159 (took…
  • I have tried running with mine in the past but it doesn't work. I have greyhounds, so they either walk or they sprint! There's no in between. and there's no keeping up with a sprinting greyhound haha
  • Ugh... I feel like I've lost my weight loss mojo! I think it was a mixture of feeling good about being only 7 lbs away from my goal and the fact that it was Easter! I haven't been running for a while either, stopped pre preparing meals, and really been less strict with myself. I need to get the mindset back. Although I…
  • Haha I just noticed I accidentally added 7yrs to my age! I'm actuAlly 30!
  • I can't deprive myself of Indian food! So I order my "usual" and then split it into 4 (yes... 4!) equal meals. I actually like this because I get a 'no guilt' take away and I get to have it 4 times and still lose weight! It also saves me a fortune
  • I'm in for 8 pounds as that'll be my goal. Then maybe I'll see if I could do with another 2 pounds or not as I'm off on my beach holiday at the end of June! Female 37 yrs 5' 11.5" tall SW: 187 CW: 161 GW & UGW: 153
  • I'm doing my final weigh in too (I can't see myself losing any more by tomorrow, this pound is being very stubborn!) So.... SW: 175 CW: 162 So that's 13 lbs during challenge and 25 lbs overall! Yay I'm very happy with that! Can't wait to start the next challenge, I need to drop this final 9 lbs to get to my goal!
  • Gotta say, the last place I would want to be is under someone's smelly armpit. And when I'm with my 6'2 hubby , I can look in his eyes....not up his nostrils. But hey... each to their own.
  • I'm 23 pounds down! I'm feeling so proud this is the first time I've ever actually stuck to a food plan and succeeded! Still got another 11 to go till I reach my goal.
