I take a normal multi vitamin every morning, along with fish oil (when I remember) and Liporidex to give me more energy and help with my appetite. I think that other people will start to notice before you will. Also, try not to think about a specific number on the scale, take measurements and weekly pictures, that will help you see the results and how all your hard work is paying off!

Don't get discouraged, this happens. Anytime you start a new fitness regimen you could be holding onto some extra water weight and gaining muscle. I suggest you take measurements and take weekly pictures to track your progress.

I like to make turkey roll ups loaded with veggies or some great salads with salsa as my dressing. Also, I usually grill a bunch of chicken on Sunday and use that throughout the week.

I just bought a dark chocolate bar from Trader Joes and have a piece or two of that along with some frozen bananas. Tastes great to me!

It may take you a while to get used to it, but after you find a couple good recipes you will be hooked. Yes it does take a little more time than just boiling some pasta, but you will be saving yourself from all the extra calories. Great recipe recommendations here everyone.

I would do some grilled chicken, or a protein shake. Hard boiled eggs are a grey source of protein too.

Right now I am hooked on the yogurt and cilantro dip from trader joes. I really need to back away for a while. I could eat the whole thing in one sitting if I didn't have any control!

This is and has been one of my biggest challenges. I think I track everything pretty well, but my measurements and weight doesn't lie. I have since invested in a scale and I am trying to weight everything, but this can be very difficult at times.

I eat it raw, but look out for store bought. Sometimes they can be loaded with mayo or tons of oil. It's real simple to make yourself and then you know exactly what's in it.

I recommend sticking to a glass or two of red wine, or a vodka soda with lime and lemon. If you like alcohol on the rocks, then that is your safest bet. I like vodka rocks with a lemon!

I started this back on Jan 1 and last night I caved and had a martini. The odd thing is I didn't lose a single pound and kept my diet and exercise routine in check the whole time. Anyone else seeing this too??
