I Love my waist trainer and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a flatter tummy. As long as you eat right and work out whilst training you will soon see results in a matter of weeks. Best thing ever you just need to get use to it

For me personally it's amazing defiantly works if you stick too it, eat right and work out. I was on the second hook just after 10 days lost about 4 inches of my waist and tummy after about a month. Waist training is perfectly safe and truly amazing if done correctly. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting trim their waist, have a flat tummy or get rid of back fat. I've seen fantastic results.

The calories I burn are what are shown on my treadmill or cross trainer I am only eating between 1000-1300 cals per a day. And never eating the calories I burn each day.

I only started a week ago and lost 4lbs in the first week. But 2 days later the 4 pounds was back on the scales! I'm hoping you're right and it's just water as my body isn't used to this much exercise.
