Welcome everyone. 😃 @Turefu Just keep going every day. For me, it was hard at first, but now it’s just part of my day. You can do it!! P90x is a workout program from Tony Horton. I haven’t done any of the X programs (X, X2, X3) but I’ve heard they’re really good.

I decided on Beta Upper Focus today. My legs and abs are sore from yesterday’s workout so why not make my arms sore, too. 😉 Keep going. You’ve got this!! 😎

@sophia162 Unfortunately I haven’t tried most of the programs. I’ve done P90 and T25. Gamma T25 has more weight workouts. Beta is mostly cardio with some weights. I know Gam3rguy will be able to help more.

Today I decided to pop in Gamma Speed 3.0. I hadn’t done it for a while. It’s still not my favorite but I’m trying to get better at the burpees and plank-type exercises. Stay Focused 😎

Pretty awesome!! I didn’t workout yesterday. Fri night worked late on last minute items for an event and yesterday I was on my feet for 8+ hours. It was fun and worth it 🙂 Today is all about resting my feet lol

Yep Speed 2.0 is a good one. It is one of my favorites, too. I like all the Gamma workouts, except for Speed 3.0 (I tolerate that one). Today I did Beta Upper Focus. My arms are going to be sore! No double workout today. I’m planning on working out tomorrow before work. 🙂 It’s Friday! Keep going. You’re doing AWESOME 😎

Today was Beta Ript Circuit. Great workout and I sweated a lot. @gam3rguy I much prefer having the hard copy too 🙂 I’m saving up for Shawn T’s Max 30! Something new to kick my butt!!
