Urgh 🙁 The DVD player stopped working. The hubby is going to see if he can hook the PlayStation up to the TV. The In-Laws have an older TV so we’ll see. I did some weightlifting instead - I wanted to do something at least.

I haven’t worked out for several days. Although I did sleep about 10.5 hours Sat and 9.5 Sun. 😴 I am back to it tomorrow. Keep going everyone!! 😎

Today’s modified workout was T25 Beta Speed and P90 Ab ripper A. I’m hoping my abs won’t be as sore as they were last week! 😳 Awesome job everyone! Stay Focused. 😎

I haven’t done Insanity. It’s longer than T25 (about an hour?). I’ve heard it’s a lot more intense, too. I like T25 because of the time. 25 minutes is relatively easy and I find most of the workouts enjoyable. Second week of my modified plan. Today was Beta Core Cardio. @gam3rguy Awesome job!

Alpha Lower Focus is done. No double workout today. I barely made it through the first. But I worked out and did what I could 🙂 Happy Friday. Keep going!

Today’s workout was Alpha Total Body and P90 Ab A. 😳 I think I need to do Abs every day. It used to be easy. 8 minutes of Abs? No problem. Lol it kicked my butt today!

I’m back to working out! The hubby & I came up with a plan using, mostly, T25 series and a little P90. Today was Alpha Cardio. Great to get back to it but I could tell that I hadn’t worked out for a week 😳 LoL. Focus. We’ve got this!!

The one I do is called Focus T25. All the workouts are 25 minutes. Shaun T is awesome and a great motivator. It’s 5 days with the 5th being a double day (so 50 minutes), then a rest day, and finally Stretch (25 minutes). I don’t like long workouts so I find the workout time to be easy to get through. Today was Beta Dynamic Core. I got through only part of it. Tomorrow is the last workout of the modified Gamma. I’m taking a week off after that. The hubby and I are going to come up with a workout plan using the T25 and P90 workouts. 🙂

You can do it! Just take it a day at a time 🙂 Today I modified. I did a double workout of Alpha Speed 1.0 and Beta Core Cardio. It was a good cardio day and I sweated a ton. Stay focused and Nail it 😎

@sophia162 Thanks. Yeah Alpha Cardio is still tough! I was sweating a ton afterwards. I’m feeling better this morning. Today was the normal double workout day. Alpha Total Body and Beta Upper Focus. After all the push ups and planks in TB, Upper was especially tough. I got through it! 😃 Happy Friday and Keep pushing!! 😎

Having a few issues but I still wanted to workout. I put in Alpha Cardio and just went a bit slower. I was determined that I was going to do something 🙂 Tomorrow is double workout day so I’ll see how that goes. We’ve got this! Stay focused.

I feel the same! Love the workouts. Love Shaun T. He really does motivate me. I’m almost done with Gamma. I’m going to do some sort of hybrid with the 3 levels - until I can get Max 30 (I think that’s right).

Just keep going. This is a slow process. Each day log your food. You’ll have good days. You’ll have bad days. Slow and Steady is my motto. I make sure to log everything. I workout almost every day (a 25 min program which works for me). I weigh myself maybe once a month (I get too obsessed so I can’t do it more). I pay more…
