Welcome back. My philosophy is this..."If you never quit, you can never fail!" If you never stop trying to do something whether it be fat loss, making money or finding love you will eventually find the thing you are looking for. :) Colonel Sanders (KFC) got turned down 1009 times before someone accepted to buy his recipe!

Wow definitely some hard times there! You got it mate, add me as a friend if you like :)

Welcome, I love the forum and this app :)

"remaining calories" means how many calories you have left to eat with the allocated calorie budget you have set for fat loss. MFP already sets you up at a negative calorie budget so it's advised to eat the remaining calories you have left.

You can't spot reduce fat, just make sure you are consistent with your calories, drink plenty of water and exercise and they will go within time.

Never heard of the Slow Carb Diet I just typically eat within my calories and boom that's it...no need to complicate things. In regards to a "cheat day" I will be implementing it once a week after this month, but it should be really called a "no calorie limit day" as cheating means it's bad lol

Welcome mate :)

What shadow said, only premium members can do this or just adjust to 1 (I did this the first week of my fat loss)

Welcome! :) Ill add you in a second.

Welcome Denise! Congratulations on the promotion. :) I suffer from depression and severe anxiety (agoraphobia) and know full well the troubles you are going through. If you are facing multiple stressors in your life I would suggest starting off slow like replacing one bad thing in your life each day/week and go form there.…

There are quite a few Vegans and veggies on here and i don't see no reason for it to be a bad thing for you to log your food...food is food at the end of the day and if you eat too much of it you will gain weight lol :) This is a good video for you to check out if you don't know how to use the app -…

I do Intermittent fasting so typically start eating around 12ish and finish at 6ish and 6 or 7 would be my cut off. I don't really get the urge to snack in the evening as I'm having fairly big meals around half 5 or 6. As humans we tend to have more willpower in the morning after waking up so, it only makes sense to use…

Looks yummy! If that's chicken then I'd probably have something that looks similar at least one night a week, but with a bit of rice thrown in. as the other's have said you can have Mac n Cheese, just get some weighing scales and bosh, you become the master of your food!

Welcome and you got it! :)

I love carbs. Carbs are life.

I find the BMI scale a good value to strive towards, but I know for my bone structure and muscle etc, If i get as low as the BMI suggests I'd look malnourished lol. Just take pictures and measurements and go from there. When you see yourself in your body that you are YOUR optimum weight then stop there :)

I think you'll find most people here have more then 30 friends lol, i have 80+ and keep up with them all just fine :) Good luck in your search!

Welcome buddy, my best tip is to remain consistent and don't stress too much about food to start off with. Just make sure you are consistently under or on your calories and you'll lose fat each week.

Exactly this what Kommo said, try splitting your food up more especially if you are doing Martial Arts/Volleyball each day as you need an energy source for that. Try and start looking at food as fuel instead of food. Forget about sodium and etc until you have nailed your relationship with food.
