You do burn a bit of calories by cleaning but I don't really log things like that as I count it as general daily activity, even walking to the shop I don't count.

Welcome to the CICO lifestyle! stick to your calorie budget consistently and enjoy the fat loss!!

When I get to my goal weight and BF percentage, I want to improve my core to be able to do calisthenics movements (upside down hand stand etc) and to improve my fighting capabilities. I either want to go back to doing Karate or some other form of Martial Art :)

Your weighing every single day, as the others have said, LOADS of factors contribute to up and downs.

There's a cracking video my a bloke named Paul Revelia On YouTube named What's is your diet age? Check it out he goes over about how the number of time you diet can determine your outcome sort of thing. :)

I had KFC the other night, crisps the other day and crisps today...I'm still losing weight, but enjoying my life at the same time. It's all about moderation, portion size and correct choices whilst all being under your goal calories.

Welcome and yeah i use intermittent fasting typically i do 16/8 or 18/6 as i find this helps with my appetite levels, anxiety and overall focus. Also due to the decreased eating window I'm eating A LOT less than I used to haha! So IF definitely does work and is a great tool. Good luck in your journey. :)

Welcome and well done!! :) My wife & I do this egg fried-vegetable rice with chicken thing when we need to do something healthy and quick. Boil the rice and cook the chicken + veg of your choosing. Lob it all in a fry light sprayed pan and put an egg or two in there stir it for about a minute or two and enjoy with whatever…

If you need energy just smash down the water, make sure you eat enough and add some caffeine (coffee, no sugar energy drinks etc.) before workouts or something. :) Don't buy into the the fat burner industry.
-
If you are losing fat already then why do you need fat burners lol? I don't like fat burners...my fat burning supplements are exercise and Intermittent Fasting (Y)

State of mind & goals for me. I've finally accepted that this whole fat loss journey is all to do with the way we address fat loss. If we come from it as a "diet" mentally instead of a complete lifestyle change, then we just set ourselves up for failure. Enjoy the foods you like but in moderation and whilst staying within…

Always weigh before cooking and typically let things defrost before weighing to get a more accurate measurement.

Preferably reach without going over, a lot of people (like me) like to be a little bit under to account for any calories missed. Don't fret too much if you do go over slightly though as it's all about consistency. :)

Never Back Down never fails to get me pumped and inspire me to carry on. ^^

When im Sad/Annoyed I binge, but If I'm actually depressed I lose my appetite.

For the first 2 weeks I only put my exercise calories down to 1 calorie so it was easier for me to track my food. Now i input what it says on the bike and will now allow myself to dip into half of the exercise calories if I'm hungry (not peckish)

Welcome! :)

Every morning upon waking up and just before bed...this may be excessive for most but i love looking at my numbers. As Ann said it's all data for our use :)
