It's good to have goals setup, on your fridge, on some paper, on a white board etc. This is probably why you are starting, again and again. Sit down for an hour and figure out why you are doing this. Write down a short term, mid term, long term and ultimate goal for you to get to.

I weigh myself every morning...I like numbers and pretty OCD anyways lol. It doesn't really affect me now if it stays the same or goes up, as long as I know I'm in the right direction that's fine with me :)

Work out your calories and stay under or bang on those calories consistently. Drink plenty of water and enjoy the journey.

I weigh myself every morning to gauge if my diet is working and then I do an official weigh in on Sunday morning. I weigh myself everyday knowing it can fluctuate though, so as long as I'm seeing a downward trend...all is good. :)

Spot on! This is exactly how i look at the whole fat loss and body thing now. Essentially our bodies are advanced machines...put in the right amount of food and make sure it's premium quality fuel. You'll naturally lose fat and feel ten times better.

I've watched a couple of documentaries on crossfit and they are SUPER, super fit people! As Karen said a good crossfit gym should allocate for beginners and experienced a like, also remember not to push too hard your first month or so.

Hmm, I can see where you are coming from but some people like me just enjoy connecting with other people. If you want to recluse in a corner somewhere and shun the world away that's up to you to decide, but a lot of us like the occasional well done on a fat loss goal reached etc.

I think what she means is someone that is active and interacts with her posts, but also posts updates like diary, exercise status etc. :)
