what part of your back hurts? I used to get really tight trapezius muscles, mainly from the way I was sitting most of the day, then when i would run, i would unconsciously keep my shoulders shrugged up which made it worse. Is it more of a tight muscle kind of pain, or pain in your spine?

I still can't figure out how i do not get gas from these with all the fiber on the label. usually with prebiotic fibers,inulin, chicory etc. I get horrible bloating within 3 hours of eating anything with more than 3 or 4 added grams. 17 grams and zero bloating? seems very odd

all the above plus make sure your vitamin D levels are optimal. I was eating plant based dr fuhrman style for about 3 years, and still had high cholesterol. My vitamin D ended up being very low, as I supplemented my cholesterol levels went back down.

I think it depends what kind you are on, I was on ortho tri to get my estrogen level up. I think it's just the ones with higher estrogen that can cause the cellulite. Progesterone dominant pills may be better

In addition to what was already mentioned, I find that certain vitamins or other medications can jump start heartburn for me and last all day. I switched to liquid vitamins and that helped a lot... Quick question, are you on bc? I have had cellulite pretty much since I hit puberty, regardless of how much body fat I had. When I was on bc my cellulite was much more noticeable, now being off for a year and a half, even though my fat increased, I have very little cellulite.

When I was a cashier I would do lunges,calf raises and squats when I didn't have customers lol. My legs would ache from standing still so I would move them. Probably got some weird looks! If you are going to do this, I recommend not wearing corduroys, do not ask how I know this :#

Once in a while, if I am just having a standard migraine, exercise will actually get rid of it faster. It will hurt worse in the beginning, but it seems to burn out faster this way. 30 minutes of cardio a day is very good migraine prevention so my doc tells me.
