I loved it!! I just finished it yesterday. I'm not super fast so I haven't gone the full 3.2 mi but I did get 3mi yesterday. And I'm also NOT a runner. It pushed me but not too far, and it also helped me push myself.

I had/have those same feelings but my NUT said that most likely I'm not hungry, I'm just use to feeling constantly full. So I notice when my stomach is empty now. She said that an empty stomach doesn't always equal hungry and to start focusing on the actual hunger ques.

I doubt it. I've seen a butt load of fat people Picts like that on different websites. It happens. It's the main reason I quit looking at peopleofwalmart.com. Unless you are actually part of a side show then you shouldn't be treated like you are a part of one.

I love Kale, onions, peppers, Mushrooms, Brussel sprouts and sweet potatos. I cook a big batch and leave it plan then I season it when I reheat it for what ever dish I'm making. I love jerk seasoning, Rosemary with garlic and some times just mrs dash.

Asparagus is free for me, but that's because we go pick it when it's in season. We can fill 3 bags full and will be good for the year! I'm hoping to go this weekend!! I love broccoli too!!!

I love my simple home gym. A treadmill a couple free weights, a kettlebell and a yoga mat. I'm not over whelmed, I don't have to wait, I don't have to touch other people sweat. I make a big batch of sautéed veggies on hand. All I have to do is heat them up and add my eggs. I've just thrown an over easy egg on top, make it into an omelette, scrambled and with soft boiled eggs. Only takes me 5-10min to make breakfast.

It also made me super sad to see all the people who were taking Picts of her at the store. I would be pissed if I ever caught someone taking a pict of me without my permission.

I was super impressed with the husband. The mom irritated me a little when she was trying to talk to her in the restaurant about her feelings. It was amazing to see her change in attitude after she got sick.

I do everything at home. Try the workout trainer app. I've really enjoyed it. It's simple, shows you exactly what to do and you have the freedom to pick time length, what kind of workout and the hardness of the workout.
