I never really have hungry days unless im saving a ton of calories for later in the day or i ate a ton in the morning and its getting late. sounds like your calorie budget must be very low, whats it set at?

since i started adding calories back it seems to cling to me about 4-7 days. For example, last Thursday i weighted 179.2, added 200 calories to my budget on sunday, Wednesday weighted 182.3, but this morning weighted 179.7

I could eat an entire cake too, but I don't. Self control!!! Earn your cake. Wednesday night i had 2 pieces of cake, cup and a half of ice cream and 12 ounces of chocolate milk. earned it by running 6 miles and eating clean during the day.

I love it, great to run in. The "heat gear" is the first thing i turn to when fall arrives. Wish it wasn't so expensive

I tried explaining this to my friend who told me she wanted to give up sugar to lose weight. I told her forgot about sugar its calories calories calories, but she got mad and wouldn't listen. Why would you listen to someone whose lost 56lb anyway?

I drink coffee every day, sometimes 1-3 times a day haha. I used to be a big cream and sugar guy, but i managed to cut it way down. I'd recommend just slowly reducing the extra stuff until you get to where its low cal enough for you. I only use splenda which is a huge help and now i'll use a half cup of skim milk or 2 tbsp…
