I really don't know. I have lost most of the weight I gained this winter, but my mysterious health issues are still getting worse. I had thought it was diet related until I cut out all processed foods and that isn't helping. I don't know what I'm going to do next because there doesn't seem to be any point.

I'm eating lots more vegetables, and way fewer processed foods.

So now that I am in a better mood, I thought I'd give a less flippant response (as everyone on the lower level can attest to, I had a BAD DAY). I'm currently following a low histamine / low benzoate diet to see if that helps my mysterious health issues. It's a real challenge, because I can only eat food that is very fresh.…

I buy healthy food and cook it. Not much of a strategy. :)

I try to keep foods that I have the potential to overeat ("food with no brakes") out of the house.

Fortunately for me, I already have a set routine. I work out first thing in the morning, and after work I am not allowed to eat dinner until I've done another workout. (and hopefully that makes up for sitting in a chair all day!)

One week down, nine to go! In addition to all of this nonsense, I am starting another Whole30 tomorrow, in case anyone wants in on the misery.

Good luck, everybody! I am excited to get started. Although I did change my settings so you don't all get a status update every time I finish tracking for the day, or see how many calories I burned exercising every day. For some reason I want a little more privacy than that! :)
