My weight fluctuates like 5 lbs each week and I get bummed at times BUT people keep telling me I look like I'm losing weight. Sooo don't be so hard on yourself

I just posted about scale issues. I wish I would've seen this first. I don't even own a scale because I know it would cause me anxiety and I'd become obsessed. But still I really want one! LOL. I do go to a free health club where they weigh only upon request! Guess I'll stick to that.

Yes I think that type of schedule will work best for me because before I could actually even skip dinner as long as I had a decent breakfast and lunch

Thanks guys, I know discipline is important but I think I need to trick my body into not feeling hungry so I hope by rearranging my meals I can accomplish this
