I would say drinking more water is the biggest change I have made. Up until now I was lucky to drink 1 glass of water a day. I hate water! I get on My Fitness Pal put in what I think is a good meal idea and then add or subtract based on what the numbers are. This is what is really keeping me on track and is helping my family too. With summer coming on I am going after more fresh fruits and vegies added to every meal.
