I'm upset with the fact that I have been eating right and working out (with a trainer). And I have not seen my scale move downwards but slightly upwards ( depending on the time of day). I am stressed about it so I'm wanting to eat more junk than normal. I am pushing forward and trying not to go backwards.

We had a chicken bake with chicken, red potatos, cartots, bell peppers, and green beans. With basil and rosemary for flavor. It came out to 224 cal a serving and was very filling and yummy!

I ended having my leftovers for dinner! It was a very heavy meal and ended up giving some to my husband to finish off!

Day 1 week 3 I did not go up nor down this week. I did make it to the gym Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I really don't won't to weigh this week yet because I know there is a lot of water weight holding on for this. We went out for dinnet last night. I endulged on some bread and by the time I ate my salad I was full so I brought my steak and potato home. So I have some leftovers for lunch today!

We are having roast (rubbed with minced garlic basil, red crushed pepper, salt and pepper and a tsp of oil) also roasted cabbage, green beans, strawberries and grapes, and red parsely potatos! All under 600 cal a higher calories dinner tonight, but still at calorie level.

Week 2 day 4 borrowed my husbands fitbit for the day. I got on the elliptical and apparently only did a little over 300 steps, I'm not certain it counted them all. But I'm working hard to lose this weight. Anyone have some good workout routines that are working? Gym or home either one would be great!

Last night we had cauliflower Alfredo. It was not bad, could use some more flavor incorperated into it some how. Now Tonight for dinner we are having porkchops with squash zucchini carrots and onions, brussels sprouts w/bacon !

Week 2 day 2 was tough. I went to the gym to train with a trainer, I was so tired afterwards, and Hungry. ( mental note eat a good hardy breakfast before your workout).

2 lbs down for me! I'm excited! I am working harder to make sure I'm eating good, did not take a treat day this week. ( A day where I eat one meal that I have been craving, even if it takes me over my calorie limit for the day).

Day 7 went to the gym! Makes 2 days this week! Sad part is I got in the scale at the Gym and it said 12 pounds more than my scale at HOME! Day 6 dinner was baby back ribs with ratatouille and stuffed crescent rolls. Now I would have went WAY over my calories if I had actually had any major meals but I kinda skimped on them to beable to stay under calorie goal today.

They were really good, my mom and stepdad don't like Turkey so they made some with breed and said it tasted kinda like a Philly cheesesteak without bread. The Turkey tasted good but not like that lol!

We ended up going out for dinner at Chili's yesterday. I had the grilled chicken salad (430) calories. I did drool over all the yummy looking food, but I knew I had already messed up for the day, so I had to behave myself!

NSV today! I made it to the gym for the first time in months! Did 30 minutes on the elliptical. My only issuse with plugging it into MFP Is that it says that I burned way more calories than I feel it should say. How do we figure out the actual, or at least a closer amount burned?

Day 4 dinner was stuffed cabbage rolls. Stuffed with brown rice, Turkey, onion, red pepper. I didn't put any red sauce on them. They xame out to 142 calories per roll. We also have sauteed veggies umm!

Carbs are hard for me also (as well as sweets) some days I have more sweets than real food because I'm trying to stay under my calories. I usually put in 15 m&ms everyday to try and curb my sweet tooth. That is still 51 calories though.
