Day 3 dinner is meatloaf, green beans, cabbage and carrots. I'm not a meatloaf fan at all so I will be doubling up on my veggies.

Managed to drink 90oz of water today, for the first time in a long time!

Day 2, did well with my calorie limit. Went on a walk with the family. But due to most of my house being sick I haven't made it to the gym. Hoping to make it there tomorrow.

I don't mind drinking water, but having to drink so much is what gets me. It gets so boring and sometimes I just plain forget to drink it.

My hubby can't cook, we wouldn't eat if it was left up to him (or have takeout) lol.

So for dinner tonight we have philly cheesesteak stuffed green peppers but with chicken instead of steak. Hopefully my picky eater will enjoy this as well!

I had a pretty good day. Had to take all the kids to the dr. (We have the flu running around). So we stopped and got lunch, which was actually breakfast too. So I went a little too far and had to figure out an itty bitty dinner to make sure it fit into my calories for the day.
