2 days binge free and I hoped to keep counting binge free days but yesterday I binged badly. Woke up feeling like crap today. I know what triggered it. But how to avoid have no idea... :s :'( I hope today I go clean...

Binge eating is kind of a tricky thing...I mean it doesn't seem a serious issue for most people. I am not morbidly obese either. Like pretty much normal and since I've lost about 43lbs it is very hard sometimes admit to myself that I do have a problem...cause, you know..."Oh, look at me, I am absolutely looking good now"…

Ok..I didnt make it...:( But I managed to stop...yes i started..yes i ate...but i stopped. Kind of feeling proud that I managed to regain control over food...and the binge. That gives hope.

Well, done quite good for 1.5 days...No binge, trying to relax more. Still the evening to survive, feeling a bit like eating some trigger foods, but...Will try to avoid. Hope all goes well till bedtime!

I searched on MFP specifically binge eating group. Just realised - enough is enough, and if I don't take care my demons, I can't have a life as with years it has only got worse not better. And yes, I don't really have support , I am alone with this. Happy I have found this group!

@mweckler ,well, I am originally from Latvia, just recently moved to the UK, so I hope that I will find some help. I don't have full healthcare coverage here, so, for now, I can look for some support group, have been thinking about OA, as I've found that they have a group in London.

Started well, ended badly...Binged..bread rolls, chocolate cake. Feeling miserable...though today in the morning I checked my weight and I"ve lost. That's good, but still... Depressed. I did so good for few days...and...

Hi! Vegan from the UK! Have been vegan for about 2.5 years now, was vegetarian before,but was raised up as a meat eater. I have already lost about 20kg and still going. :) Mostly clean eater, love fresh foods more than cooked.
