A small spoonful of peanut butter with a couple of chocolate chips on it. Or the skinny cow fudge ice cream bars. Or a chocolate protein shake made with dark chocolate almond milk. :)

It took you more than two weeks to gain the 40lbs, it will take you a while to loose it too. Some weeks are smaller losses than others. Last week during the week i didnt lose anything (going to the gym regularly and eating carefully) , then this weekend i lost over 2lbs when i didn't even try. Just happens sometimes.

Add a few dashes of cinnamon and a sliced half of banana or peach.

I love taking the metaluna ravioli lean cuisine and adding a bunch of sauted mushrooms and zuchini (sauted in garlic and a tiny bit of olive oil and black pepper). It made so much i couldn't eat it all lol.

Im just starting too. I started with just walking around my neighborhood as well, but i live in Oregon where it rains a lot so walking outside isn't always doable so i got a gym membership. Focusing on cardio and increasing my stamina, and adding in some weight lifting and different weight machines too.

I started 3/1 @ 199 and CW is 186. 11lbs in one month sounds a bit aggressive but i figure since i did 13 last month i can do 11 this month lol. My other goal is…

Some days if i dont want oatmeal i will have a thin sliced piece of Daves Killer Bread (It has a ton of whole grains, seeds, nuts etc) which is 60 cal. I will spread thin with peanut butter and then put half a cut up banana on top. SOOOO yum. For cereal its probably not the best but I like Special K red berries with…

Also the other day i made some yummy stuffed peppers but you could use the filling for lots of things (wraps, lettuce wraps, stuffed peppers etc) it was lean ground turkey, a can of corn, a can of reduced sodium red kidney beans, two packages of reduced sodium taco seasoning, some jalapeno. Topped with fat free sour cream…

I agree. Extra Virgin Olive oil + fresh minced garlic + salt free herb seasoning (like ms.dash) or Salt free Cajun Seasoning + Garlic powder. I put it on everything from zuchini to asparagus to steamed broccoli etc.

8 Grain organic whole wheat thin sliced bread (60 cal a slice) + very small amount of low fat peanut butter + cut up banana on top. Or oatmeal with cranberries and apples in it.

I hate the treadmill and walking on a track (bad memories of being fat in high-school and not being able to run). So i walk around the neighborhood as fast as i can for 2-3 miles. At home if you can get a medicine ball or kettleball you can do lots of excercises at home. I worked with a personal trainer that had me do a…

One of my splurges is to cut a raw potato into wedges, toss in extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, no salt seasoning, garlic powder and cracked black pepper (maybe even some cajun seasoning) and bake at 425 degrees for about 25-35 mins until golden and slightly crispy edges. OMG. yum.

Add some chia seeds to your yogurt... that might help. I added some to my oatmeal and it really helped because i have the same issue.
