You should get enough micros from diet. Unless you are deficient dont bother will pills. I just a omega 3, zinc and drink green tea before lifting. That is plenty.

Dude just keep protein high and lift heavy. The fat will melt off. How you want to play with carbs is up to you. Increase good fats to 100 grams. I keep low carb 5 days and 2 days high carb and lift heavy. All there is to it.

For a man your protein levels are way too low, so is the fat. Decrease your carbs they are all simple carbs i have those parathas at my house I don't eat them when I am dieting. Fill the reduction in carbs with good fats and protein .

looks like your calories were too low that is why you lost so much in 25 days. What will you do now lower your calories further till you starve? You have to recalibrate your calorie count. its not a sprint its a marathon.

If you are doing low carb yes then I would do a refeed. I do 5 days low carb 2 day refeed (eating 3-4k calories). It kickstarted my fat loss and I am getting more vascularity.
