Thanks for the defence haha, it woukd actually be running for the full period, maybe with one break. Im doing the cardio as I enjoy it but its to help increase my calorie intake for the day,

Im already on that :), using MFP to log everything I can. Im guessing the common consensus is less cardio more muscle

Okay, the tues and thurs was mainly to get me out of the house but I can do some fitness at home using xbox fitness mossa fight which does full body training.

I sweat loads, but I see it as motivation as I know im working hard, if im now sweating enough, im probably slacking :D

Thabks for more updates, im currently dieting, running, xbox fitness and starting weights tommoz. So it sounds like just stick to my guns. Lost 4lbs over the last 4 weeks ao just need to keep going

Same with me, I usually just try to have a hand size worth of plain chicken and maybe some ham slices with the fat cut off. then anything green!

yeah I swappedto rum and diet coke for a while, but had no room for Ice in my freezer. just doesn't taste the same. I think after next week im gonna switch to spirits again to try and make things better

im on the charge HR too and it does motivate you. hgaving it go off and celebrate hitting your calorie burn goal for the day is pretty motivating

well my plate usually is a handfull of chicken then the rest just greens.

The lunch I get here it just like a buffet kinda thing. so there is chips and meat ect but I just have lettuce, cucumber, jalapenos, peppers, sweet corn and chicken or tuna. no dressings or out.

hey atypicalsmith im not thinking that eating too little is making me gain weight but not helping me loose it and keep it off. The fitbit is monitoring my heart rate all day and *kitten* the calorie loss for the full days activity.

been a few weeks. Ive started getting back into this after going from 18st to 15st. i did stop logging my food for a while but as i want to give this a proper go Ive decided to start logging properly again.

Thanks Demora, think I might add a sammich to my lunch then haha, I feel like im stuck at 15 st and unable to shake it is all. I start to get to 14st 11/12 but then it will just go back up. I suppose this might explain why i feel so lethargic in the mornings ect.
