That's not why some of us do it. It's simply for privacy. I don't need someone from work seeing that I post here during the day! Haha.

I don't understand why people think that standing up is better if it's in pews where your shins would remain in the same place anyway? In movie theatres, sure, the seats fold up. But in a church, your shins will be in the same place whether you move them to the side or stand. The difference is when you're sitting, you…

My fiancé always tells me I say caramel wrong! I say it "Carmle" just like you! But then I looked it up and both are correct...

Oh also, women who use PMS to get away with anything or to get away with doing nothing. Fine, if it hurts go lie down.. but don't use it as an excuse to be rude or lazy.

When I send someone an email and sign it with my name, followed by them replying to me but addressing it "Hi Kathy," - How can you not even bother to read? Or better yet, you get an official letter from a business and it calls you "Leslie". That is ALSO not my name.

Huh? Have you ever taken AED training? AEDs are only used on a fibrillating heart. If it's stopped, you can't use it. You have to do chest compressions if the heart stops to keep blood circulating. It may not bring them back, but it may save their organs for donation.

UGH AND people who STOP in a traffic circle (not in the yield, but in the right-of-way).

I find it helps not to hit "Save and log" when you create the recipe. It works to first make and save the recipe, then go to your diary and add the recipe as you would a different food. A bit tedious but it seems more reliable.

What is your current calorie goal? You supposed to eat up to maintenance calories on feast days. Also, you use the TDEE method (which is total daily energy expenditure including your exercise), so you don't eat back exercise calories using this method. 5:2 is still a slow weight loss method, pretty comparable to a 0.5-1lb…

Did you know that the percentages on the labels are based on being male or over 50? In other words - the percent is out of a total of 8 mg. So if it says 100% DV in a serving, that's only 8 mg. NOT 18 mg. So only eating 200% isn't going to cut it. You need 225% just to hit the recommended amount for a woman your age who…

I know you said you're eating them plain, but there are lots of milk alternatives that are fortified with iron. Maybe you could pour that on them sometimes? I like vanilla soy milk, myself. And it's flavourful and it would cover up the boring that is plain Cheerios. Hmm other than that... could you bake them into some kind…

Hahah I didn't mean no guy cares. But a lot of guys are just like "BOOOOBS" regardless of size too. It's not one size fits all and that's why I've come to the conclusion that boobs are not worth stressing over.
-
The fatty tissue also isn't the only thing that determines the size - not all women have the same amount of other breast tissues - which is why it explains that some women can lose oodles of weight but never decrease cup size (despite them wanting to *grumble* - me). Big boobs are not necessarily full of fat. Mine didn't…

Agreed. Boob size doesn't matter. And most guys don't seem to actually care either. Seems more like it's women who care (based on my experience, so it's not necessarily true) But I don't think it matters whether boobs sag at all. It's part of being a woman. It's pretty much irrelevant because it happens to all of us. Even…
-
Actually, small boobs sag too. Skin loses elasticity as you age. Saying your boobs won't sag just because they're small is like saying your hands won't wrinkle... just... because your hands are special.

I learned this! Fasting on Good Friday isn't mandatory. It's classified as a (lower case "t") tradition - which means it's really more customary than anything. And it can be dependent on what churches around you recommend.

I intend on not having meat and having two reasonable meals and no snacks. I did that for Ash Wednesday and added it up the next day and it wasn't even close to my goal. It's not about the diet on religious days. Its about faith.

You could maybe enter your goal weight, and then choose "Maintain". You could either eat that or eat 10% less than that.

Put a few frozen chicken breasts in a dish, throw a cup of salsa on top and bake. Serve with frozen green beans or other frozen veggie of your choice. Sprinkle cheese on it after if you want.

I've only read the first two pages, but the biggest thing I don't see here is a suggestion to apologize to your daughter directly, even if it's been 2 years since you brought it up. She can't begin to forgive you until she knows you're sorry. It's the first step. That's the first thing to do. After that, follow these other…
