I get my body fat stats checked electronically at the gym I go to. As for the don't lose too quickly thing, I have my settings in mfp set to 1 pound a week I believe but I'm coming close to two pounds average a week lost.

Yes, I always eat back the calories or at least half. I plateaued when I didn't eat enough and the weight is melting off now that eat back calories. My general rule of thumb though is to eat half of them and then see if I'm still hungry(I usually am but not always). I also try to fill up my protein macros first.

I might be interested. I'm about 36 pounds from my goal weight but I'm more concerned with reducing my body fat percentage. I'm pretty much an ovo-pescatarian but I do occasionally eat meat. My activities are curves HIIT workout three times a week and heavy weights at home. I also hike once in a while and will be starting…

I didn't start seeing considerable results until the two month mark. Then I stagnated at week 13. I'm on week 14 and things seem to be picking up again.

I'm on week six and just started craving now. It's better today though and I'm super proud that I didn't cave in. Thanks for all the advice and support everyone.

I spend a lot of time prelogging to make my macronutrient and vitamin goals so I'm sure I'm getting everything. I think I read somewhere that as you start losing body fat your brain starts to panic and tells you to eat the crap you used to. Kinda makes sense.

Yeah isn't sodium the same wherever you get it from?

I believe my diary is open for viewing. You can check it out. I will just go check my privacy settings to be sure.

I'm supposed to aim for about 1500mg a day of sodium. My diet is for heart health.

I fear (from past shameful experience) that if I cheat I will fall off the bandwagon altogether. I don't think I have the willpower to cheat.

Zero calorie drinks aided my weight loss but then I put it all back on (about 30 pounds). Sugary ones would work like any soda I would think and would be detrimental to weight loss. I guess "it depends" would be the answer. If you want to keep the weight off I would say avoid them in my experience.

You can add me too :)

I stagnate in weight loss if I DON'T eat back my exercise calories. I would say just try it both ways for a couple weeks and see what works better for you.

I'm in the same boat. All the ones I try are just gross. I usually just plug my nose and chug it as quick as possible.
