I don't know what good it would do to speak up. If it happens again, maybe. But if it was 6AM and you don't see many people in there anyways, it probably won't happen again. If it does, it might be worth addressing. Had to Google what "daft" meant. I don't think that was the right adjective.

Careful not to get in a mindset of working out only to rid yourself of water. Track your weight a couple of times a day consistently for a few weeks to get an accurate idea of just how much your weight fluctuates. You'll be surprised I'm sure. How many deadlift sessions are you truly going to miss while working on form and flexibility? I think that rack pulls are a good accessory, but you even recognize yourself that it's NOT a substitute. If you're using lighter weights (which you should be) to work on form, then it shouldn't hurt to continue doing deadlifts.…
