  • Aloha, I think it has a lot to do with how you feel about the experience. I don't know how much you ate during that one meal but you will work it out. I am really strict about my diet until my weigh in day. Not saying I go completely crazy but I do enjoy fudge, breads, and so on....I know I won't have to look at the scale…

  • You are doing awesome. Please enjoy yourself from time to time. I am not saying to throw away all of your good habits but enjoy your success. I have a piece a fudge every weigh in day and then get back on track.
