Do it!!! I am a very shy person, I never wanted to go into the classes. One day I forced myself in there & everyone was so friendly!! Especially the group leaders! It's sooooo worth it. You have to step out of your comfort zone.

I've lost 50 since Jan doing 30-1hr of cardio a day +weight training. When using elipticals I put resistance to also tone& incline. :) good luck.

I eat 1600-1700 calories a day & I burn 500-900 sometimes more I never go less than 500 though

I dont know how to do that, but I wouldn't mind ppl viewing it if you wanted to see I was worried at first but I've used skin firming lotion , stretch mark lotion & I do weight training .. I haven't gotten any loose skin & if I do ever get it which I'm pretty sure I won't, I can get it surgically removed or deal with it. I…
