I guess I am a little slow tonight. How is that not usable advice? Typically it is followed by Do you weight your foods Do you completely Log Do you only eat back only part of your exercise calories And 99% of the time one of these comes with a no. Problem is pointed out then magically the person comes back 2 - 4 weeks…

While this is a support structure, you must realize not every question is a good question. At a certain point it gets tiring hearing the exact same questions over and over again. No sugars aren't the devil, no a cleanse wont work, no a mlm scheme isn't your friend, there is no starvation mode, and no eating 900 calories a…

I think the more interesting part about the paper is the variables fruit juice and sweetened tea / coffee aren't significant. If it was just sugar than these variables would also be significant. These not being significant could point to some model misspecification.

I have. I really like the powder, however I am not sure I will order it again. Taste 9/10 Mixability 3/10 Thickness 8/10 Cost 1/10 Great taste, and really thick which I think (could be placebo effect) makes me more full. However it is really expensive so not really sure it is actually worth it.

I am 6'3". If the bod pods are to be believed I have around 205 of LBM. Only lifted weights about 15 years ago in HS... wow that's a punch in the gut... I am shooting for about 250 myself anything less and I think I will look too skinny I know it really isn't exactly what you were looking for

There might be a flaw in your thinking. Could it not be that the months you did so much more exercise you paid far more attention to what you ate as well. When you didn't exercise, I would assume you had both good and bad months. Just saying selection effect or missing variables at play.

After watching the little videos on the site, I would run away as quick as possible. Anytime something sounds too good to be true (50 lb in 10 weeks and eating everything you want) it is.
-
I completely agree with you.
-
No. This is wrong. OP use the search function and look up Recomposition. There are many different threads about this, it seems what you are wanting to do.

Looking at your diary shows you average around for grams of protein a day. This is way too low. Eating more protein should help cut the hunger cravings. I will also echo the sentiment that cutting back the refined sugar for more complex carbs might be a good thing.
-
As you get closer to the goal the harder it is to lose weight. Normal recommendations are .5 lb a week per 25 lbs to lose.
-
I will point out the reason why you might need to weigh the food. When you weighed 70 pounds more there was a large room for error. Even if you were guestimating incorrectly, odds are there was still a huge gap between eat and burn. Now 70 down, you have far less error to play with. As such weighing the food now will let…

I do not think you should be so hard on your self. 58 grams is 2/3rd there already. I would suggest quest bars and protein shakes that are already mentioned. You could also have a huge meat meal everyday. A lb of chicken for lunch will get you there really quickly with not requiring many calories to do so. Though my style…

Few things. Time and scientific american aren't actual science. I am assuming you haven't actually read the article they cite. It looks at all the research which has been done on the topic up till then. Their findings? The literature contains some evidence to support the hypothesis that increasing tuber yields, either by…

It isn't that high at all actually. Your body has to carry around that much weight, to do that it has to use a lot more calories. At 2400 you will lose a lot of weight. As you lose it that number will go lower since your body wont have to work as hard. Buying a scale and logging accurately will help you a lot. Also a…

I am a fan of Under Armour. A lot of their heatgear line matches what you want. Another choices would be Callaway. I know it seems odd to suggest a golf or polo shirt, but they stretch, and a lot of the same properties you want. Oddest one- Hawaiian shirts. While they do not whick the sweat away, they are really light and…

A calorie is just a unit of measure so 1000 calories of chicken is the same as 1000 calories of doughnuts. Same as saying a pound of nails is the same as a pound of feathers. Nutritionally they are vastly different though, so eat which ever makes you feel fuller. You can't spot reduce. You not just aim to lose weight…

Edit: If pressed I would say fat *ONLY* because there are more calories in a gram of fat than carbs (9 vs 4), so it might be more likely to push you above your calorie limit. Again if you aren't near the limit it is not important.
-
I think you mean cardio burns calories.... (meaning the person was wrong in the advice they just gave you) The reason everyone said calories is because there is not one of the three which innately wrong to go over. Put differently there is not one catch all percentage a person should have for carbs, protein, and fats. So…

Few things of note. Barring some form of medical condition, if you aren't losing weight you are eating at your maintenance amount. At your height and weight your maintenance amount is around 2k or so for sedimentary (for reference). now if I am doing the st to lb conversion right, you are already on the healthy side of the…
-
First, great job. Often the first steps are the hardest. I want to echo the sentiment that 1200 might be too low. Throwing the numbers you supplied in your profile, I got your maintain was roughly 2000. With less than 50 lb total to lose one pound a week might be better for you. I am assuming you selected 2lb a week to…

I am not quite sure you know what the words toxins and poisons actually mean. Normally when someone wishes to impart knowledge they do so not using obscure terms or terms that are just catchalls used to scared people. Also when asked for a site people tend to try to offer the best site they have, to offer such a site as…

Thank you. That was the issue. It said I had another 500 lbs to lose.

I first wish to say I am sorry. In the other thread I had just assumed you were going to be another person that just comes onto the forum and then doesn't listen once they hear how what they are doing was wrong. I am glad that I was wrong and that you are trying. Now as for the being too full. After I spent a month…

Starting 62 BMI Current 36 (29 %BF) Goal 30.7 BMI (15% bf) BMI and I don't play nicely together. 15% bf might be way too low for me but is a decent goal.

I looked at the past two weeks. You only broke 1k calories 8 times (most just barely broke 1k). One day you were over. The other days you were between 600 and 900. This isn't healthy.
-
You might want to spend time in the General Diet and Weight Loss Help area. 60 lbs in either 8 or 12 weeks (depending on when in Sept.) is not doable. They can help you understand why better than I can ^_^
-
You also need more protein if the last 2 days are indicative of your general diet.
-
So, yes it is exactly as I said. If you take your left over values and multiply them by calories per gram you will find the missing calories. Which means you aren't really hitting them like you said. Which is why I was saying on the days you are 500 under you are missing the grams by about 1/3 even if you are correct on…
-
I would agree that you are hitting the percentages. However I am not going to agree you are completely hitting your macros. I can guarantee on days that you are lower than this one you are not coming close to hitting the grams you need. As per the example 1388 = (124*4) + (48*9)+ (115*4) where you should have had 158.2…
