So how do I release the extra water to see my true weight?

I don't usually use cooking oils, so I don't log them and it's hard to log "pinches" and "sprinkles" into my diary. Lol But that is a good catch on the calories for each meal. I'll have to be more careful about that. Thanks for the advice :)

Meticulously watching what you eat means nothing without numbers. Swapping so called unhealthy food for so called healthy food means nothing without numbers. Are you weighing and measuring all your food with a food scale? Are you eating back a portion of your exercise calories? Can you open your diary so people can give you specific advice? [/quote] I don't weigh really weigh my meat. Everything else is measured out. I usually guesstimate how much the protein weighs I'm eating.

I think I would say between 10% and 25% usually. But I've dated bigger and I've dated smaller. I prefer for his body to be comparable to mine. All in all, It comes down personality for me.

Try brushing your teeth and drinking water. That's what usually helps me. It's like once I brush my teeth, eating more food afterward isn't even an option. And drinking water afterwards helps me feel full.

What kind of protein do you use? I'll have to try to remember to hydrate. Sometimes it's hard during the day when I'm running errands.

That could definitely be it. All the working out gives me so much energy that it's hard to go to sleep.

That's good advice. I usually make my workouts long because I feel like I'm doing more and I don't even feel tired. But maybe I should reduce the time slightly.

That definitely sounds like something to look into. I'm trying to reduce all of my carbs, but it's so hard. Why does bread have to be so delicious and comforting at the same time? Lol

Have you tried Pinterest? I can usually find vegetarian recipes there that actually taste pretty yummy.
