  • Your weight depends on so many things, (i.e. your hydration, the time at which you weigh yourself) that 1 pound is not a big deal. A 1 pound difference from day to day is minuscule and most likely due to normal fluctuations; we're talking about less than 1% of your body weight.

  • 1. Running a 5K in under 24 minutes. 2. Lead climbing 5.12a which is something I've never done at any weight. I have the skills to accomplish this, I think, but I'm currently carrying an extra 20 lbs up every climb.
  • Try doing light cardio like cycling or swimming to help with your soreness.
