Yes, I have been on LC for four days and I notice my food those taste different. I get a bad after taste if I drink or eat anything sweet. The LC still seem to be a challenge for me but hey its only day 4.

down one pound today. over my carb intake from one ice cream yogurt at Sams, today. Glad to have lost one pound thus far. I am so under my calories today but I have not had much desire to eat today just really tied. Still have my major sugar crave but today I realize my craving is not as bad as before.

Sugarbeat:Now, I know stay within 50 carbs. I was wondering if I should set my goal for calories to 1200 verse the 1500. I did the military diet and lost 10 pounds in three days but of course that diet is short lived. So I need something else some people say I should not even do fruit just vegetable, meat and water.

Yes, this is me emotional eater. :) We can do this , we can get control over our emotions. I had surgery 2012 on my spine lost weight after only to gain again. I am back to working out 3x's a week and I will say the hardest part for me is eating right and portion control. I am setting my goal of eating 1500 calories a day.…
