Been doing IF for like 5 months, and it's what keeps me on track. I eat from 4p-9p, sleep at night and then work the next morning before I eat again...not sure how I'd reach my calorie goals if I were trying to eat more often, but I imagine I'd have a lot more small/unsatisfying meals.

Not sure if I ever had a butt for my pants to rest on, but if I did, I'd like to find it...since bring my blood pressure down to normal and losing 65+lb, my only goal is simply to stop having to pull my pants up every 2 minutes.

I worked 11p-7a the first couple months of my weight loss..overnights sucks in general, so I feel your pain. I did, and still do, practice intermittent fasting. When I was a kid, 20 years ago, I didn't have the Internet or video games, but I was in sports, had PE in school, hiked all over the mountains in scouts, and played soccer/basketball when I wasn't doing all that...still I was always chubby. Answered above but I'll reiterate...the last time I posted about my calories in, or my doctor supervision was 5 months ago, when I was very new to this..I've since changed a lot, physically and mentally, as well has my doctor, job, place of residence...

This all happened when I started...5 months ago, and much like my job, my place of residence, and other things, my doctor has changed, because of said relocation...but it's all good, everything is going peachy.
