Really weighing is probably my biggest issue. I obsess over the scale and I fully admit it... Maybe someday I will only have to weigh in once a week..a man can dream, lol

Eh..I eat 2 large meals and a couple small snacks in a 5 hour window..honestly I don't look at macros, I passively try to stay away from sugar and pile on the veggies and protein, but it's not a thing I care a ton about.

Well, I was in literally the same position as far as schedule..what worked for me is intermittent fasting. I'd only eat from 5pm-11pm..I'd work my 11p-7a shift without eating(super easy for me cuz I'd eat right before work), then sleep 8a-3p...worked really well for me.

My diary for yesterday has a 900cal bacon cheeseburger, tots with ranch, and about 1000cal of alcohol...I log even while drunk hahaha

I agree that like 90%of the population has them to some degree...I've seen numerous "skinny" men and women with them in pretty much every part or the body...in the adult world it's just something no one really cares about.

I LOVE steamfresh bagged veggies(I love the just broccoli version)...microwave them for a few minutes, you've got a huge portion (300g+), add a serving of ranch or spicy peanut sauce...damn good.

Aside from super sugary, high cal foods that I stay away from, I don't enjoy carbs..I love proteins and especially fats when it comes to taste/satiety(not entirely sure that's a word) But I *believe* CICO will work for most people, and that malnutrition isn't a big a threat as some people make it out to be so I sat do…

Most people are in the boat of "food labels are pretty accurate" , I'm a bit more suspicious about it, but like @DeguelloTex, I seem have weight loss lining up to the average calorie deficit I've been logging so who the heck knows, I could very well be wrong in my cynicism.

This..my Texas toast says 1 serving = 1slice = 39g = 110cals..but weighed a slice is typically over 55g..so if I didn't weigh it for every slice I'd be eating like 50% more than I thought.

I've gone from 337 to 277, at a rate of a little over 3 lbs per week..so far (5 months) I've not exerienced any I'll effects, and continue to see the positive side of losing weight. Good luck to you!
