I had knee surgeries in my teens and 20s and now have arthritis in my 40s. I rely on cannabis/CBD for pain and inflammation, aloe vera drinks for inflammation and ibuprofen. Trying to lose weight and exercise more beause that makes it better too! I am also "too young" for joint replacement.

I just stir salsa, and sometimes a few chunks of diced avocado into cooked quinoa for a quick meal. Easy and a lot of different flavor options depending on the salsa you buy/make. I have a strong preference for red quinoa, really prefer it's nuttier flavor, and just cook it in water. But you can basically use it any way…

I'm 5'2.5" but I tend to round up to 5'3". My best weight was really at 135 or 140. I have a long way to go right now too. It's hard for taller people to understand how low calorie requirements really are for petite women!

I tried Blue Apron, I wasn't impressed. I found the recipes a little fussy even with all the ingredients laid out. For the money and calories, I'd rather eat out and not have to clean my kitchen. I'm more of a one pot/300 calorie dinner person when I cook at home. I also missed the Fitbit steps from roaming the grocery…

I've struggled with iron for years. I hated the pills. There's not enough iron in food if you are really low on iron, even if you inhale spinach and kale, as I do. What worked for me was Spatone iron water. They're packets of iron rich spring water from Wales. Take them with juice/something with Vitamin C for absorption. I…

Which I tried but think the dangers outweigh the benefits .. Although I occasionally take them when I am desperate and need to get sleep for work ( Jul 4 doesn't matter really!) .. Looking for more natural suggestions.

Did that already. Sleep lab etc. No sleep disorders, I just don't sleep at all. Just ended up w drugs.

Usually I just eat chocolate when I want it, but if you want to stay away from it, try ground cacao in a smoothie for a treat. It's high in fiber, and a similar flavor. Also brown.

Dermatologist not general doctor, get your thyroid and iron/ferritin levels checked. Take Biotin supplements and iron if you need it. Iron was my problem in a similar problem. Good luck!

I also hate cooking! Try quinoa instead of rice .. it cooks in 17 minutes, is easier than rice, delicious, and has protein.
