I dont go to the gym only because it's about 5 miles from my house and i don't drive. I just run outside or workout at home. Works for me!

I work 8-4, 5 days a week. I get up super early to make sure I get at least an hour of exercise in. Then i take a walk at lunch, anywhere from 20-60 minutes. I try to get up often during the day to stretch my legs and whatnot

I agree with this ^^ Surgery doesn't teach you how to eat healthy, watch your portions or even how to live a healthy/active lifestyle AFTER the surgery. You still have to learn that on your own. To me, unless you're DYING, you should have to do it the old fashioned way, cals in, cals out.

Wow, then why are you asking questions on an open forum? I didn't see any rude or useless comments. Did you read something you didn't want to hear? You should definitely talk to a professional or maybe your Mum, she seems to have all the answers you're looking for.

Go into Settings, then Delete Account at the bottom. Why do you need to start a new account to start fresh? Looks like you have a ton of friends and everything. Why not start logging today and go from there? Good luck to you! :)

FYI, don't listen to this guy....you don't need to eliminate anything, as long as you are in a calorie deficit you should lose weight. Moderation is key!!!!!!

i only use free weights since i work out at home. I dont think i would use the machines even if i did have a gym membership. I like to do circuits and full body exercises with weights. I can bang out a workout in less than an hour

No, save your money.

you really need to get a scale and weigh everything. Most likely you are eating more than you think and/or over estimating your calorie burns. They cost like $10 at Walmart
