What type of workout was it? What DVD ? It's easier to guesstimate with a bit more info :smile:

You could also try finding a similar looking bag that doesn't come with the extras and just use that to log for comparable nutritional data. It shouldn't really skew your logging in the long run.

Also Also Also keep an eye out for the Divergent Challenge! It's another wonderful challenge group, not sure when things will start up again, but it's very well organized and has some of the Hogwarts folks participating.

My cravings are definitely a bit different. In general I don't have a chocolate craving or problem saying no. TOM time my lady bits occasionally demand I consume chocolate STAT . Walking helps with the physical symptoms which in turn leaves more wiggle room for a bit of indulging. Moderation is key for me.
