Because you don`t need more than 0.8 to 1 gram per pound if you are 20 or bellow.You need more fats and carbs to help you produce more testosterone and all the other hormones.

Easy at it goes. 1 gram protein = 4 calories, 1 gram carbohydrates equals 4 calories and 1 gram Fat equals 9 calories,oh and alcohol equals 7 calories.

That`s exactly IF, you fast for 16 eat for 8 , your body is fix with that .

That would be some awesome thing to happen.I write that because I thought that if you fast for a long period of time and you workout in a fasted state when you add food to your sistem it will go directly to the worked parts.

I started working out at 17 and i did a so called ,,dirty bulk'' gain mass now i`ve cut, i am 8-10% bf and want to gain lean mass with minimal fat thats why i eat so little over maintenance around 250 per day if you like.

I eat 1650 calories oever maintenace during a week so i gain half a pound a week.

Lolbroscience is right i eat overall 1650 over maintenance. I eat 550 calories over maintenance during workout days and maintenance on days i dont workout.I look more at overall calories per week than day.

To much protein, you need around 0.8-1 grams of protein, your fats should be 0.4 of bodyweight in pounds and your carbs rest.I will do it for you. 121Protein 48 fats = 2309 cals 348 carbs. What`s your age? Do you want to gain weight? i think your calories are to low tho.

i lost 9 pounds during 1 month of strengh training and 500-800 caloric deficit my waist got down from 33 to 31.88 ,but i look the same. My abs are not gaining any visual effects or sth like this.This is why i think that i didnt lost body fat.My abs look the same as when i didn`t cut,even if now i can see my obliques better.
