IF you are a healthy shortie and you balance your Macros to eat more protein, healthy fats, lots of veggies, and a multivitamin then I think it is doable to be a bit under 1200 cals.

I do 18/6. I start eating at 1:30 then stop at 7:30. It keeps me in deficit!

Maintenance is not harder, maintenance is easier because you can eat more and you have learned so much about what works for you during the weight loss phase that you can implement easily while maintaining. I don't test mine but I can feel the taste in my mouth and when I chew gum and keep hydrated it goes away. Not sure if this is an acetone breath but it is annoying and my tongue's color is white.

I've tried every approach to overcome binging and the only thing that works for me is to use the Keto diet as a tool to curb my appetite and keep me in deficit.

Yes stay positive and a few is better than the whole package. I just wanted something sweet so bad so I had one half scoop of protein powder and some cocoa powder drizzled with unsweetened almond milk so I am in deficit still! Let me know what happens tomorrow

Another thing, Sunflower seeds. It takes about 30 minutes to finish eating about 95 calories for 34grams with shells. Try it if you like seeds and add a small apple to that.

I hope snacking is good so far for you it is Saturday and a little harder on the weekend but we can do this. Guess what my snack was 2 walnuts last night hurray for me. I am glad we are supporting each other here! It is a great thread. Thanks again

I hope you are doing better today Ralphone! I did REALLY bad again last night but THIS IS IT. I am determined that I will do GREAT starting today. I will be back to see how things are going.
